Well, hello there and thanks for surfing my wave!
I now find myself on the phone or in live chat sessions a lot more. These inhabitants are clearly and completely clueless. Whether it’s with computer tech support, home repair service reps, my ex-employers’ HR Dept., COBRA Administrators, insurance and financial Companies – Customer Service employees are lame, belligerent and beyond helpless.
And I’m the one unemployed? What the (insert expletive here) is wrong with this picture I beg of you?
Maybe I have a complex or something, but doesn’t it just seem that since you’ve been out of work, you get absolutely nowhere with certain individuals that are simply there to make your life miserable? Why? I try to talk as an intelligent adult and all I get is angst and grief.
Why are these yo-yo’s still working? Do they know we are at their beckon call for assistance and do it to be tormentors? Please, this domains’ namesake has no relation to them!
Truthfully, I want no part of them. Ever.
